TapBase  ยท  Last updated: March 2025

TapBase is an offline-first mobile application. This policy explains what data the app accesses, where it is stored, and what we do with it. The short version: everything stays on your device and we collect nothing.

1. Data We Collect

TapBase does not collect, transmit, or store any personal information on external servers. There are no user accounts, no sign-in, and no network requests made by the app.

2. Data Stored on Your Device

All data you create in TapBase is stored locally on your device using SQLite. This includes:

This data never leaves your device unless you explicitly export it (for example, via CSV export) and share it yourself.

3. Photos and Camera

TapBase may request access to your photo library or camera if you use photo fields in your schemas. Photos you attach to records are copied into the app's private storage directory and are not shared with any third party.

4. Analytics

TapBase does not include any analytics, crash reporting, or advertising SDKs. No usage data is transmitted anywhere.

5. Third-Party Services

TapBase does not integrate with any third-party services, APIs, or cloud platforms. The app functions entirely offline.

6. Data Deletion

You can delete all data at any time by deleting individual records, deleting a schema, or uninstalling the app. Uninstalling TapBase removes all locally stored data from your device.

7. Children's Privacy

TapBase does not knowingly collect data from anyone, including children under 13. Because no data is collected at all, the app is safe for all ages.

8. Changes to This Policy

If we update this privacy policy, the new version will be posted at this URL with an updated date. Continued use of the app after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
